ADHD Home & Systems Coach, Allison Converse.

Allison lives in York, SC with her husband and two children, just outside of Charlotte, NC. As a former Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience, she's passionate about about helping ADHD women create more functional spaces and daily rhythms that actually work.
Her journey started in 2019, when life with two kids under two made the mess and clutter feel impossible to manage. She found herself shutting doors to the playroom and office just to escape the chaos. Stressed and burnt out, she knew something had to change.
In 2021, Allison and her family downsized their home, cutting their square footage and belongings in half. The results were life changing: less anxiety, less overstimulation, quicker clean ups, and more time for what truly matters.
That experience led her to create Calm Cottage Coaching in 2022, where she helps ADHD women move past clutter and mental overwhelm with simple, realistic systems that bring more flow and function to their homes.
Allison combines her expertise in mental health with her love of organization to provide 1:1 accountability, encouragement, and practical strategies so you can create a home that works with you, not against you.
